What to expect at your first appointment.
We welcome you.
Clients are first greeted by one of our office assistants who will help guide the initial paperwork process.
Once families have completed their new patient packet, they will meet with the evaluating clinician who will gather additional information regarding the family’s concerns.
A formal evaluation will then be conducted to address specific areas of concern. Families should be prepared to share input about the child’s strengths and needs throughout the evaluation.
A plan of care and next steps of therapy will be discussed with the family following a review of evaluation results.
Family involvement is essential to a child's success in therapy and parents/guardians will be partners in the child’s therapeutic process through the entire course of the child's therapy.
